1. Sales Commission and Shipping Costs
By listing and selling your original artworks on the HOLOTROPIC ART platform, you agree to our standard financial and operational structure.

- Commission Rate: HOLOTROPIC ART charges a fixed 35% commission on the final sale price of each artwork sold through the marketplace.
- Outbound Shipping Expenses: The artist bears full financial responsibility for all initial shipping costs. When pricing your artwork on your Vendor Dashboard, you must factor in domestic and international shipping rates, as no additional shipping fees will be billed to the buyer at checkout.
- Artist Payout: The remaining 65% of the sale price will be transferred to the artist following the successful delivery of the artwork and the safe expiration of the buyer’s return window. Artist payouts are calculated as 65% of the net sale price, after deducting third-party payment processing fees.
2. Packaging Responsibilities
The artist is solely responsible for preparing the artwork for safe transit to professional gallery standards.

- Artworks must be securely wrapped using high-quality protective materials (such as acid-free glassine paper, heavy-duty bubble wrap, foam corner protectors, and sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden crates).
- Any damage or deterioration resulting from improper or insufficient packaging during transit will be the sole financial and legal responsibility of the artist.
3. Shipping and Fulfillment Timeline
As an independent vendor utilizing the platform, you are fully responsible for the physical fulfillment of the order.

- Dispatch Timeline: The artist must package and hand over the artwork to a reputable courier service within a maximum of 5 working days from receiving the order confirmation.
- Tracking: The artist must upload valid tracking information to the Vendor Dashboard and provide it to the buyer immediately after dispatch.
- Documentation: Each original artwork must include its official Certificate of Authenticity and any required customs documentation.
4. Return and Refund Policy
To ensure buyer satisfaction and trust, HOLOTROPIC ART offers a transparent return framework.

- Return Window: The buyer has the right to return the artwork for any reason within 15 working days from the exact date of delivery.
- Return Shipping Fees: The artist bears full financial responsibility for the return shipping costs. If a buyer initiates a return within the eligible 15-working-day window, the cost of the return transit will be charged to or deducted from the artist’s account.
- Item Condition for Returns: To eligible for a full refund, the artwork must be returned in its original packaging and show no signs of wear, usage, or damage. It must arrive back to the artist in the exact same pristine condition in which it was originally dispatched.
- Payout Processing: Artist payouts for sold artworks are held securely and will be processed only after the 15-working-day return period has fully elapsed without any return requests being filed.
